I went to pick it up and met with PHIL the Ellisville manager, he said to me, I was never told to tint/install your light, i was told to give it to you and tell you to never come back. I called Brian and joe (manager of the south county location) this time. So I called Brian the owner and he said he would take care of it, so I sent my girlfriend to pick up the light and it still wasn’t done. when I called to see if the light was in it wasn’t, when it did come in they didn’t tint it. When I spoke to BRIAN the owner he said ok we will order you a new light tint it/install it. months went by and the vinyl wrap inside and outside started peeling everywhere the window rainguards were not installed right and one fell off and I still didn’t have my new taillight. After the work was done everything was fine. They eventually honored to complete for the original price. I explained that’s not my problem, that it was an employee from this company that gave me this price. His excuse was the old manager gave you the wrong prices. Then phil tried to charge me more for the rain guards, the Vinyl wrap that wasn’t ordered/completed even though I had the original workorder with the price of everything. Upon meeting phil he was nice at 1st but when I explained the situation he became defensive and argumentative saying our company wouldn’t damage a car and not take care of it (this is exactly what happened under old managment)! I Struggled to get them to replace my taillight. 3 months go by and I got a call from BRIAN the owner (very nice guy by the way)he said “hey I noticed you have a work order that wasn’t completed, we had to FIRE the old manager, and saw he didn’t complete a lot of work” I explained to him what happened He informed me to go back and see phil the new manager so I did. so I paid for part of what was completed. upon picking up my car I noticed the work wasn’t completed, they said they couldn’t complete because the taillight was cracked (mind you it wasn’t like that when I took it in) I than asked to speak to the owner and they said he would call me. the old manager never ordered the rain guards, only completed some of the work. ![]() I wanted my taillights and turn signals tinted, window rain guards, Vinyl wrap on the outside and the inside of the car. Where to start, well 1st my issue started back in the fall of 2016, I was referred by a friend as I wanted to blackout my car. I would never treat a client with such disrespect as they did meold manager was fired, the new manager PHIL is condescending, confrontational, argumentative and disrespectful. If I could of given a review without selectIng a rating I would have!The Ellisville Location is horrible, worst customer service ever!I own businesses and work with clients on a daily basis.
